We practice and teach the classical eight‑limbed Astanga Yoga (Raja Yoga) as codified by Patanjali in theYoga Sutras

We have been training Yoga & meditation teachers longer than any school we know of in Ohio, and have trained many of the area's most experienced teachers. Larry Terkel & Matt Lerner have the highest level of certification from the YogaAlliance, E-RYT 500.

Join us on Sunday for meditation at 9:00 am ET and/or YMTT (Yoga & Meditation Teacher Training) at 10:30 am ET... In person at the Spiritual Life Society in Hudson, OH or on Zoom.

We are a 501(c)3 charitable organization and a community of independent Yoga and meditation teachers that teach and practice Hatha Yoga and classical eight-limbed Astanga Yoga from a variety of traditions.

Our senior teachers, Larry Terkel & Matt Lerner, have been training students & teachers of Yoga & Meditation since the 1970s.
