Home of The Spiritual Life Society, Hudson’s Main Street Yoga Center is Ohio’s Oldest and longest established Yoga and meditation center. Located, at our original location in the Old Church on the Green. We have been training students and teachers of Yoga and meditation since 1978.

We are ”Ohio's Oldest Yoga school” founded in 1978 is a Registered Yoga School at the 200 hour level (RYS-200) with Yoga Alliance.
Main Street Yoga Center in Madison, WI also offers 200/300 hour level trainings.
Yoga and Meditation Teacher Training

We have offered Yoga Teacher Training and Certification since 1982. We have been training Yoga & meditation teachers longer than any school we know of in Ohio, and have trained many of the area's most experienced teachers. Larry Terkel and Matt Lerner have the highest level of certification from Yoga Alliance, E-RYT 500. Programs and classes are taught by our collective of experienced teachers.

A complete program for the serious student or a great continuing Yoga education. This is a very flexible, affordable, and accessible program. You can start anytime, not just in September. We meet weekly on Sundays Sept - June. For details, write to info@aum.org.
SUNDAY CLASS meets 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM
This is a two-year training program for the serious student who would like to learn more about philosophy, teaching methods, and various advanced areas of classical Astanga (Raja) yoga, the eight-limbed Yoga as as codified by Patañjali in the Yoga Sutras. Join us for a Sunday Class!

The “Old Church on the Green” on Main Street in Hudson, Ohio has hosted 1500+ weddings, celebrations, and special events. Contact us for rental information. Ceremonies may be performed in the town square gazebo in front of the church subject to availability.
It is a beautiful, historic church situated on the town square of picturesque Hudson, Ohio. Built in 1860, it was a stop on the underground railroad during the Civil War. Six of the stained glass windows in the sanctuary date back to the original church. The chapel can seat up to 175 guests and features a choir balcony from which guests may enjoy bird's eye view.
