  • Session 1:  Secrets and Fundamentals of Yoga

    Session 1: Secrets and Fundamentals of Yoga

    SESSION 1 (JUNE 7 EVENING) • SECRETS & FUNDAMENTALS OF YOGA

    7– 9:30pm (2.5 CE credits)

    Enhance your practice and teaching. Learn the most important asana, the secret to posture and the power of the four bandhas. (Yes, Larry has added a fourth). There will be teachings and practice of the basic asanas of yoga along with common mistakes and corrections.

    Individual sessions: Availability determined after May 20th based on full workshop attendance.

  • Session 2: Meditation

    SESSION 2 (JUNE 8 EARLY MORNING) • MEDITATION

    8– 10:30am (2.5 CE credits) 

    Expand your understanding of meditation: its styles, benefits, and difficulties. Learn how meditation can improve all aspects of life. Learn asanas that will help make sitting more comfortable.  And learn breathing exercises (pranayama) to help deepen your experience.  Receive guidance and instruction in Larry’s MeditationPlus, which will include a 20-minute meditation, followed by time for Q & A.

  • Session 3: Morning Yoga

    SESSION 3 (JUNE 8 MORNING) • MORNING YOGA

    11am – 1:30pm (2.5 CE credits)

    We will expand on the basics with variations, more alignment tips and other hidden teachings for specific asanas.  Learn to develop a daily practice and discover the emotional benefits that accompany the physical benefits of that practice. 

  • Session 4: Yoga on and off the Mat

    Session 4: July 8th, 2:30-5pm

    Yoga on and of the mat. Afte lunch comes yogic wisdom and the anti-depressants of yoga. Learn  how to keep yourself and your students safe during inversions,  and receive yoga secrets that improve sleep, diet, health  and relationships.
