Larry Terkel and Matt Lerner have been training teachers and students of Yoga & meditation since 1978, and have trained many of the Yoga/meditation teachers in Northeast Ohio. We are excited to welcome Nichole Catalano-Miller as The Spiritual Life Society & Main Street Yoga Centers new Director of Yoga/Meditation Teacher Training.
She will bring some exciting new changes to our YMTT with expanded content and a mostly weekend modular format. Most 200 hour students should finish within one year. Yoga/Meditation Teacher Training (YMTT)
200-Hour YMTT Details (actual total hours is 255 plus reading)
Missed sessions can be made up online or in person
Total 126 Hours for Intensive Weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
Total 48 Practicum Hours (Monthly on Friday Evenings)
Additional 26 Required Elective Hours with Nichole
Additional Bonus Elective Hours with Larry Terkel and/or Matt Lerner (50 Hours Required, up to 150 Hours Available)
Includes 5 Hour "Introduction to Yoga/Meditation Teacher Training (YMTT)" online course
Live, Online Office Hours are offered 2x per week and the final exam is taken during office hours
Teaching Assessments are done during Friday Practicums
Papers/Assignments are posted in the online course materials
Periodic quizzes related to various modules will also be posted online
Includes 12-month membership to The Spiritual Life Society/Main Street Yoga Centers with Unlimited Yoga Classes
Location may vary between our centers in Hudson and Akron and/or Nichole's studio in Twin Lakes, depending on facility availability and student preferences
TUITION
PREPAID: $3,425 (Save over $1000); or
MONTHLY: $375 per month (12 payments)
You will also be responsible for procuring required textbooks
